We are seeking enthusiastic Front of house Associates to join our new team in Tuxford. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the overall operations of our front-end services in a fast-paced environment. A background in hospitality is advantageous but training can be provided. You will also be responsible for pouring drinks and making cocktails with a good knowledge of the products you are serving. We are looking for driven and motivated individuals who can work on their own initiative

*Responsibilities*
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Assist in food preparation while adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
- Provide support during busy periods, including bartending and catering services as required.
- Ensure the front end is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during service hours.
- Monitor food presentation and quality to uphold our high standards.

*Experience*
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is preferred.
- Experience in bartending or catering is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are crucial.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence will set you apart.
