We are looking for a new addition to our team here at The Lamb, working flexible shifts but including early mornings and weekends. We are situated in Shipton Under Wychwood, an attractive village between Burford and Chipping Norton.

We have a hotel consisting of 10 rooms, and we are looking for a new team member to take responsibility of all aspects of the running of the hotel.

Responsibilities will include:

- Supporting and developing the housekeeping team leader with ongoing training.
- Cleaning, making and dressing down of rooms.
- Maintaining personal standards, and ensuring your team follow this example.
- Ensuring regular quality checks are completed, with feedback directed to the relevant persons.
- Complying with all company health and safety, policies and recording any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries.

**You will have**:

- A welcoming and friendly manner with the ability to develop and motivate your team.
- Worked within the hospitality industry or a similar customer service sector.
- A high level of attention to detail and demonstrate high levels of quality.
- A hands on approach needed.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends depending on business needs.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- OX76DQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
