**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic **Inbound Customer Service Advisor** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Work towards customer satisfaction and retention goals.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
