We're currently looking for **_Group Sales Coordinator_** who have a **_“Never Give Up” _**attitude, a passion for customer service and a desire to drive sales

**About the Role**

With the success of group bookings at The Bear Grylls Adventure we are now on the search for a Group Sale Coordinator to manage and grow our group sales for corporate, school and party bookings Thinking on your feet and having an eye for detail is key as you will be responsible for all the details from ensuring the booking is scheduled correctly through to working with stakeholders to open availability and coordinate front line staffing to deliver outstanding levels of customer service, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests and ensuring their queries are responded to rapidly before they arrive at The Bear Grylls Adventure.

This is a fixed term role offering a minimum of 20 hours per week. Due to the nature of our unique business flexibility is a must and this role will require working weekends and bank holidays.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

- Strong communicator who can influence others and build strong working relationships and rapport with our guests and colleagues from across the business.
- The ability to achieve great results and meet performance targets.
- An organised individual with excellent time management skills and an ability to work under pressure
- You must be a professional and safety conscious individual
- A team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Health and Safety is your number one priority
