London/ Birmingham (Hybrid working 40% office based)

Competitive salary plus commission

**Key Responsibilities**
To support the Conversion and assessments Manager in meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
- Ensuring an efficient booking process is in place for all assessments required to be taken by QAHE applicants and managing this process day to day.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the recruitment, assessment, admissions team and all departments within the business.
- Maintain and manage effective business pipeline ensuring daily KPI’s are delivered effectively
- To provide first class customer service to our students, agents/representative and partners
- Running and supporting offer holder events across QAHE campuses.

**Experience/ Skills**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales driven and motivated by a target-based culture
- Self-Starter, quick to take the initiative and spot new opportunities
- Experience in a sales or conversion role is essential
- Call center experience will be an advantage
- Great telephone manner and demonstrate experience speaking in dealing with customer calls
- Flexible working on occasional Saturdays and evenings
- Flexible working in various locations across England
