**About Us**

We are building an external relations directorate that will look to bring together an integrated Communications & Engagement and Student Recruitment & Marketing service. The directorate is made up of a number of teams including Communications & Engagement, Marketing, Recruitment and Conversion, Outreach and Access, Design and Digital, Events and Advancement and the International Office. We are looking for team members who will be part of embedding an innovative practice to our external relations and enjoy working in an agile environment as we try and work towards a culture of the ‘continuous new’.

Engage and nurture our future students through every step of their journey. Join our UK Student Recruitment & Conversion team, and support our continuous innovation and advancement of our student journeys.

This is an exciting time to join a directorate where technology, innovation and customer experience sit at the heart of our work. From designing, copywriting and implementing automated recruitment and conversion comms, to mapping our student behaviours to develop segments, this hands-on role will allow you to truly shape the prospective student journey at UEL. Supporting the team with an end-to-end view from initial enquiry to enrolment, the role holder will help UEL further our relationship with prospective students, converting at every stage of the funnel.
