**Customer Service Advisor**

**Job Purpose**:
To be the link between customer services, production & transport to ensure excellent communication.

To ensure that the administrative activities within the department are run efficiently.

To ensure a “right first-time” approach.

**Job Specific**:
Excellent customer services skills with great attention to detail.

Demonstrate skill with databases and spreadsheets.

Ability to multi-task.

Able to organise and optimise one’s own time whilst prioritising workload within a fast paced office environment.

**Duties, Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Customer services data input, new customer set up, and stock checks.
- Liaise between departments for optimised productivity.
- Conducting yourself in a discreet and professional manner at all times.
- Maintain Customer records ensuring accuracy of information for Supply and Invoicing
- Stock Ordering & control
- General office duties.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:
GCSE (A to C) or equivalent

**Desirable**:
NVQ or BTEC in Business administration

**Skills and Experience**

Previous office experience or experience of a similar role

Telephone experience

Strong level of computer literacy skills - in Microsoft office

Excellent verbal and written communication

Good time management

Able to anticipate customer needs

Resourcefulness

Quick learning skills

Ability to work as a team player

Full training will be provided through internal mentoring.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00 per year
