**Service Advisor - Lloyd Ltd Dumfries**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join the busy Isuzu Service department at our Lloyd Ltd branch in Dumfries.

**Job Role**

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with all customers, both in-person and over the phone, in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Isuzu Service Department. You will relay information, sometimes technical, between our Service Manager, Engineers, and customers to ensure all machinery work is carried out in a timely manner and to the requirements of our customers.

You will also be responsible for selling parts and repairs to customers and completing relevant paperwork for the department. The successful applicant must have the ability to work as part of a small team in a busy, pressurised environment.

**Job Criteria**

The ideal Service Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

- Service department experience (essential)
- A strong customer service background
- Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- IT literate

**Contract Type - **Permanent

**Working Hours - **40 hours per week working Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis with additional overtime available.
