ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Team Leader - you lead by example, supporting the Management Team in the management of the accommodation, heading up ‘Team true’ to instil a market leading true life living experience for our guests as we endeavour to become the most loved student accommodation brand.

You have a hands-on approach. Day to day you are amongst the action, leading our team to operational excellence.

Guest experience is paramount, and you ensure service delivery is on the button each and every time. Operational Excellence is a way of life and at true you make things happen.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You are a welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
- You will be a key point of contact for our guests - answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns, and responding to complaints.
- Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.
- Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team.
- Working in line with the accommodations budget.
- Supporting the Management Team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
- Supporting the Management Team to ensure all Health & Safety requirements are carried out.
- Managing the performance of all team members
- Ensuring team members training is up to date.
- Supporting and ensuring delivery of our market leading true-life events program.
- Coordinating guest check in and check out, ensuring processes are in place and working and overseeing termly room inspections.
- Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed.
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations including responding to maintenance requests and the general upkeep of the accommodation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
