Due to such demand, we are now expanding our team and we are seeking a highly motivated**Field Care Supervisor**to join our team and play a key role in our mission to provide outstanding care to our clients.

This role is a Monthly salaried role 30,160 - 40 hours per week 50/50 split between office hours and field hours.

Staff member must be fully flexible and work the hours that the business needs, It will include every other weekend and hours between 7am-11pm withOn call duty as required.

Any additional care hours worked over and above if and when required by the branch will be paid, 1 month in arrears.

As a**Field Care Supervisor**,you will work closely with the carers out in the field and with our Registered Manager. You will be the main point of contact for staff and clients, delivering supervision and mentorship of new carers, checking their competencies and ensuring best practise is being used at all times. You will be completing regular visits to our clients our in the community to ensure they are well cared for and more than happy with the service they are receiving.

**Duties / responsibilities are as follows;**
- Supervision and mentorship of staff including undertaking spot checks on care workers in the field
- Completing competency checks and supporting the delivery of high quality care at all times
- Completing service reviews by visiting our clients to ensure the smooth running of our care services
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in which we support and their families
- Assisting with completing carers and clients weekly rotas to help with business development
- Provide care in accordance with best practices according to policy and procedures
- Provide on call duties to our emergency out of hours service on a rota basis shared with other office members
- Assessments on New and existing clients when required
- Assisting and coordinating staff rotas when required

**_ *For this role you must hold a full drivers license and have access to your own vehicle. You must have 6 months care experience along with a NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health & Social care*_**
