Are you someone who thrives on helping others and providing excellent customer service? Are you organised, a great communicator, and able to handle a wide range of tasks to support both customers and colleagues? If this sounds like you, then you could be a **Business Support Officer** with us
As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in providing advice and assistance to residents, working closely with our local housing teams to ensure we deliver on our promises. You’ll be answering queries, arranging appointments, assisting with estate services, and making sure our customers feel supported, whether it's over the phone, in writing, or face-to-face. To be successful in this role, you will be required to work from the Houghton Regis office two days per week.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

To be a success in this role, you’re:
- experience in working in a customer facing role
- experienced in providing business administration support to front line teams
- a strong communicator, both written and verbally
- highly organised with strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
