Your typical day might begin with a visit to welcome new tenants who have recently moved in. After that, you could attend a Residents' Association meeting to listen to concerns about local issues on the estate. Later in the day, you may be showing residents how to use self-service options for managing their account, before heading out to support a vulnerable resident who requires your assistance.

As a Collections Officer, no two days are the same. You’ll be deeply involved in your community, playing a vital role in supporting residents' practical needs and ensuring the safety of the community. With a special focus on helping vulnerable residents and families, you’ll actively collaborate with them to manage their homes and neighbourhoods. You’ll also work to enhance Peabody’s services, making sure we fully consider the needs of our residents.

You’re a proactive, people-focused individual who enjoys getting things done. You’ll thrive working closely with other teams and are excellent at building meaningful relationships across the organisation to find creative solutions.

You’ll spend 1-2 days per week in our Houghton Hall office however this role will be covering Edmonton, Potters Bar and surrounding areas so you'll need access to a vehicle and a full UK driving license.

Your role covers every aspect of housing management, including estate, scheme, and property inspections, as well as identifying issues and gathering feedback to help improve services and increase customer satisfaction.
