**Client Details**

Our client are a growing business within the construction and engineering industry. Their recruitment team are seeking an Internal Recruiter to join and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the business and help influence the development of thecompany's people strategy. The role is based in Manchester and offers hybrid working.

**Description**

The key responsibilities for the Internal Recruiter in Manchester are:

- managing recruitment processes across all areas of business
- working closely with key stakeholders and HR Advisors
- ensuring recruitment policies, practices and procedures are understood
- working alongside the recruitment manager to improve recruitment processes
- researching and understanding market insights inhouse and in the recruitment market
- utilising social media platforms to promote company brand
- producing recruitment and retention reports
- creating adverts for roles and uploading to job boards

**Profile**
- previous experience in a recruitment role
- knowledge of recruitment and resourcing talent pipelines
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to build key relationships with stakeholders
- resilient with the ability to work under pressure
- strong time management and organisational skills
- ability to understand data for reporting
- computer literate with MS Office and in-house systems

**Job Offer**
