We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Internal Growth team as a Internal Recruitment Consultant.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an existing recruitment consultant looking to move away from 360 recruitment and into a consultative delivery role where you will be an integral part of this growing company, with no more business development.

**Job Requirements**
- What will you be doing?_
- Liaising with hiring managers.
- Managing recruitment related administration.

**Knowledge and Experience required**:

- Proven academic excellence.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in Internal Recruitment or as a Recruitment Consultant/Coordinator.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong familiarity with Boolean searching.
- Ability to multitask and focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and dependability.
