Are you ready to elevate your recruitment career? NES Fircroft is looking for a **Senior Recruitment Consultant** to join our dynamic **Energy Contract Division**, where youll specialise in **engineering and technical roles**.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of your desk, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing top talent to successful placements, while also cultivating and expanding strong relationships with some of the most influential clients in the energy sector.

**What Youll Be doing**:

- **Talent Acquisition**: Source, evaluate, and place skilled technical professionals in contract roles.
- **Contractor Oversight**: Manage contractor operations to deliver seamless and efficient service to clients.
- **Compliance Leadership**: Ensure adherence to NES Fircroft’s standards, local regulations, and client-specific requirements.
- **Business Growth**: Drive new business opportunities through proactive networking, referrals, and lead generation.
