What is the role doing:
We are seeking a residential legal assistant to join our team based in Woking.

The role involves supporting two lawyers in the team with their caseload. You will be supporting them with administration such as opening and closing files, sending out letters, liaising with 3rd parties such as agents, solicitors, the land registry and mortgage companies etc. You’ll raise searches and prepare contract packs in addition to other formal documentation.

What do we look for:
We’re seeking someone who has studied residential property or land law and someone who is seeking an entry level role in law.

You’ll be passionate about conveyancing and you’ll be wanting to deliver a high level of service to our clients.
