**Salary**: £23,500 moving to £24,500 after probation period

We have an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of the Production Department as a Search Analyst/Property Report Assistant

**Responsibilities (key tasks and requirements of the role)**
- Using websites, databases and documentation obtained direct from Local Authorities (such as Planning/Building Control property histories, Local Plan Constraints) to compile a Regulated Local Authority Search, being mindful that attention to detail is vital at every stage.
- To provide advice and assistance to other team members on technical matters relating to the RLAS product, and proactively finding solutions as issues arise.
