A full time temporary role has become available within a government department in the Bootle Area. Hours: 37 hours per week Pay rate: 13.71 Job description: - Business Relations Co-Ordinator B5 Your role will be to establish and maintain a close working relationship between Information, Technology and Facilities Division (ITF) and the wider HSE Divisions and be the conduit for requirements and reporting. Your key responsibilities will be to: " Identify divisional needs and requirements for IT Services. " Proactively create and maintain strong network of connections with colleagues across the HSE and service managers in the wider Civil Service. " Be the conduit for IT Services regarding divisional requests for change and requirements for new services. " Recommend technology opportunities and innovations to divisions and directorates to support business improvements. " Interpret data analysing trends for user insight and performance data to drive service design and iterative operational improvements for digital and assisted digital service channels. " Contribute to the Business Relationship team work plan. " Ensure the effective development and maintenance of a strong working relationship between all parts of the HSE with IT Services. " You will be required to have experience of working across boundaries and the interpersonal skills to quickly establish credibility and authority. **Responsibilities**: You will be involved in the coordination, integration and continuous service improvement, ensuring our Service Management function is business driven, customer focused and value for money. This position provides an opportunity to develop a mix of strategiccommunication, leadership and planning skills. You will be expected to: " Assist with the oversight and prioritisation of IT and digital projects. " Act as the first point of contact for HSE divisions. " Be actively involved in delivery. We are looking for an individual with: " Analytical, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail " Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing " Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages " Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
