A temporary 6-month, full time Executive Officer role has become available to work within a Government body. The role will be paid at £13.71 per hour.

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 approximately.

This role is predominantly working from home, with expectation to attend office in Bootle when needed. Training will be based 100% on site in the first two weeks.

This is an exciting and challenging role with significant opportunities.

This role requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to deliver at pace.

**This role will include but will not be limited to**
- Diary management.
- Navigating recruitment systems.
- Compiling, verifying and reporting data
- Completing forms or reports.
- Managing the workload of a small team, if required.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

**Person specification**
- Must be flexible.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Quick learner.
- IT Literate - a good knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Can do attitude.
- Admin background is preferred.
