**Responsibilities Include**:

- As Executive Recruiter, EMEA you will partner with Intel's Business Units across the EMEA region, taking an active role in defining, launching, analysing, and iterating on creative executive recruitment strategies.
- You will be a key member of the Global Executive Search team and will work alongside other regional executive recruiters, sources / researchers, and interview and onboarding coordinators to provide a white glove service while delivering premier executive level talent (Director and above) that support Intel's growth.
- You will be responsible for developing trusted advisor relationships with the Intel Business and HR leaders you support, for building deep business acumen in the semiconductor industry and in Intel, and for establishing a broad personal network of semiconductor industry executives.
- You will communicate frequently and professionally with hiring managers and stakeholders through regular written reports and by leading client update meetings on active searches.
- You will work with Intel's Business Unit leaders by hosting regular meetings to gather intelligence and map their networks. You will provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to executive leadership in all matters related to top technical talent including succession plan pipelines and diversity talent pipelines.
- You will partner with Executive Compensation to develop and deliver the best offer to attract the talent that Intel needs.
- You will contribute to Executive Search team initiatives including contributing to the knowledge base of the team by sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types, actively building and marketing diverse talent pipelines, and preparing and contributing to search status reports.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience Required**:

- You are a top technical recruiter. Whether your background is corporate or in-house, search firm or boutique you are genuinely interested in and are the go-to person for technical industry searches.
- Clear written and spoken communication. Experience in negotiation, advising and influencing executive leadership. Proven Leadership skills and excellent program management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate agility and effectively cope with ambiguous scenarios, work in a self-directed environment, and grasp new concepts while coming up to speed quickly in response to new assignments and dynamic work environments.
- Proven ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Resilience under pressure. Polite pushback when required. Ready to collaborate and bring ideas to the attention of the whole team. Confident when working autonomously. Customer obsessed.
- Demonstrated background of being a recruiting ambassador both physically in outreach to external organizations as well as electronically through social media venues.
- Demonstrated Industry knowledge of the external business environment, market trends, competitors, labour market and general talent availability with examples of translating this to fact-based recommendations to hiring teams, managers, or internal stakeholders.
