About the Role

We are now looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director – EMEA to lead our regional marketing function and drive commercial excellence across the EMEA region. This is a senior leadership role with a dual focus: shaping and executing the regional marketing strategy and overseeing sales excellence initiatives that support pipeline growth and customer engagement.

You will lead a diverse, multi-country marketing team and collaborate closely with sales, product management, IT, and group marketing to ensure alignment and impact. As a member of the EMEA Leadership Team, you will play a key role in driving brand coherence, business growth, and marketing as a value-creating function.

What You'll Do

As Marketing Director – EMEA, you will: Define and execute the regional marketing strategy in alignment with group objectives. Lead and develop the EMEA marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

• Own and manage the regional marketing strategy, plan, budget and KPIs
• Drive brand consistency and positioning across all EMEA markets
• Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, campaign execution and events in on and offline marketing channels.
• Ensure marketing sales alignment, support sales teams with tools, insights, and frameworks
• Implement and adapt sales excellence initiatives across the region
• You will lead a team of regional marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, IT, and Group Marketing
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, collecting market insights and customer feedback to influence product development, pricing strategies, and segment-specific roadmaps
• Represent marketing in the EMEA Leadership Team and contribute to regional business direction

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a senior marketing leader with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in international B2B environments. We expect a leader capable of guiding a transformation program, introducing new structures, processes, and governance across EMEA, and ensuring that marketing is positioned as a strategic growth driver.

You bring:

• 8–10 years of experience in senior marketing and/or commercial director roles
• A university degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of B2B marketing, customer journeys, and digital tools
• Strong execution skills in content, campaigns, product launches, and events
• Experience leading multi-country teams and managing budgets
• Familiarity with sales excellence frameworks and marketing-sales alignment
• Strong project management, KPI/OKR tracking, and performance monitoring skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Beneficial if you have experience of safety industry or manufacturing industry.

Location

The role can be located from our office in Swindon, UK or Lisse, Netherlands or Mechelen, Belgium. This role reports to the Regional President EMEA and collaborates across regions.
