**The Role**

The Corporate Office Administrator will assist the PA to the CEO and PA to the President in the general administration of the College Corporate Office and provide general administrative support to the College Trustees and Council as required.

This will involve arranging meetings, assisting with the booking of international travel, arranging events and taking minutes at meetings. The role will also support the PA to the CEO with HR matters.

The postholder will be required to manage multiple priorities and at times competing demands and therefore the ability to plan, organise and adapt workload to meet these requirements as a team member will be essential.

The College supports hybrid working practices including working from home, however, regular attendance in Glasgow city centre is a requirement of the role.

**About You**

Previous secretarial and administrative experience is essential and it would be preferable to have some experience of minute taking. Experience of arranging national and international travel, along with visa processing is desirable. The key skills required are planning and organising and the ability to manage multiple priorities
