**About the Role**
As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our store, helping customers find products, answering queries, handling transactions, and maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment. Your excellent customer service will ensure shoppers leave happy and eager to return.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide helpful assistance
- Operate tills and process payments accurately
- Restock shelves and maintain store presentation
- Answer product questions and direct customers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store
- Work closely with the team to meet store goals

**What We’re Looking For**
- Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
