As a **Customer Assistant**, you will be the face of our company, providing high-quality assistance to customers in a fast-paced environment. You will help create a positive shopping or service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our products/services. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working with people and are passionate about delivering great service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, helping them find products or services they are looking for.
- Provide product information, advice, and recommendations to ensure a great customer experience.
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain a clean and organised store/office environment.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer service requests according to company policies.
- Ensure product stock levels are maintained and assist with replenishment.
- Support promotional activities and assist with store events when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
