**Bradwell Media is our In-House content creation studio. A unique, creative and fun environment based across 3 locations, Milton Keynes, Coventry & Bedford. A large team of Creative and Technical experts creating content for a wide array of General Merchandise, Jewellery and Fashion products. Bringing our products and brands to life and our helping our customers to make the right purchase decision based on their unique shopping mission.**

**We support all brands across the Sainsbury’s group (Sainsbury’s, Argos, Habitat and Tu), across all channels and platforms. Our Photography and Video content is a critical part of creating a truly exceptional shopping experience for our customers**.

**As our Self Shooter you’ll**:

- Producing E-commerce, Campaign and PR content both within a studio and location environment. Translating briefs into final videos whilst maintaining compliance to brand guidelines
- To have confidence in shooting & editing across a multi banded business. To have strong knowledge in using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe CC. Blackmagic Ursa and Blackmagic P4K cameras. Tungsten and LED lighting systems, audio recording equipment.
- Work closely in line with the Video Lead to maintain expected shoot, edit and Q.C standards.
- Build and maintain honest, trusting, and collaborative relationship both internally within the studio and with wider business stakeholders. Actively seeking and providing feedback to constantly improve and move forward photography content produced at the studio
- Work closely with the Creative Producers, Stylist and wider team to demonstrate strong storytelling skills - take a storyboard and/or script to tell a compelling and commercially strong story visually.
- Continually research our market and competitors. Focus on creativity and pushing boundaries where relevant to inspire our customers/clients and exceed their expectations. Actively seek and provide feedback in order to constantly improve and move forward video content produced at the studio. Always keep the customer in mind when producing any video content.
- Keep the production support team updated with progress of all content daily. Take ownership for updating daily, weekly, and periodic tracking of work completed, downtime and other key production measures
- Advanced knowledge and technical background in videography and editing.
- Keen eye for detail in visual work, able to articulate why content has/ has not achieved set standards / briefs.
- Proven experience in studio production and / or owning projects from start to finish
- Expertise in working with Mac-based content software (Adobe CC, DaVinci Resolve)
- Ability to light various set ups in a studio and location environments
- Strong collaborative and communication skills, with ability to flex communication style
- Excellent problem solving & critical thinking skills
- Passion for content and the desire to move an exciting and busy studio forward.
- Customer and staff advocacy within content production
- Customer advocacy on store support days
- To have the ability to make informed, decisive decisions at pace
- Ability to manage and prioritise own time and deliver to meet deadlines.
