**Scope & Purpose**

The Warehouse Supervisor (Goods in & Dispatch) will work closely with and support the Warehouse Manager. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be expected to be expert in the system and process within the team, supporting and leading the team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all within the warehouse, accountable for the management of stock and ensuring that all products are managed effectively and safely. Ensure stock is received and put away in the correctly whilst co-coordinating with the relevant departments.

**Primary Responsibilities**

☆ Process and check incoming deliveries against the requirements of the PO and delivery notes.

☆ Ensure jobs are despatched on time to maximise on time deliveries.

☆ Ensure all items are dispatched in line with customer specification.

☆ Monitor stock levels of packaging, consumable and fitted parts and replenish when necessary.

☆ Ensure that the H&S and housekeeping standards are adhered to & implemented.

☆ Act as an escalation point/ trouble-shooter for potential issues

☆ Working with the other Supervisors and management to ensure that KPI’s and SLAs are met for the team.

☆ To be involved in meetings with the project teams to understand the timings of upcoming projects to ensure the warehouse team has the capacity.

☆ Support in Supervising a team of warehouse operatives ensuring that a quality service is executed.

☆ Investigate stock integrity issues fully and update internal system reflects.

☆ Ensure all incoming goods, are inspected, checked, counted, booked in, and assigned to the relevant location and that existing stock is accurate on relevant systems.

☆ Ensure that files, reports, and records are promptly and accurately updated.

☆ Manage stock status for allocation to projects.

☆ Conduct audits and perpetual counts, investigate and resolve fully.

**Who are we looking for?**

☆ Knowledge of warehouse operations particularly Inventory stock rotation and space utilisation

☆ In a similar role, or proven experience in managing a team in the Warehouse environment.

☆ Attention to detail, whilst working under pressure

☆ Strong problem-solving skills

☆ Excellent organisational and communication skill

☆ Ability to build rapport and good working relationships good time management and prioritising, ability to plan and prioritise high volumes.

☆ Self-motivated and ability to motivate teams.

☆ Strong IT skills, especially Warehouse Management System

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
