**I have a fantastic opportunity for you to work as Financial Analyst working for a modern business based in the heart of Altrincham town centre. As a Financial Analyst you will be working from Monday to Friday on a permanent basis with a startingsalary of £23,000 rising to £26,000 after your probation. You will have a fabulous 33-day holiday package, annual bonuses, and other incentives**

**What will you be doing as a Financial Analyst?**

*Ensure accuracy and compliance when creating reports.
*Manage your diary and report calls effectively.
*Maximise claims by active listening and asking the right questions.
*Develop and maintain relationships with your clients.
*Keep up to date with technical knowledge and any changes made by HMRC.
*You will be confident to fact find with your client by asking them appropriate questions to produce an accurate claim.
*Be responsible for ensuring accountants supply the correct information in a timely manner.
*To be able to create accurate and detailed cost summaries for tax purposes.

*You have commercial awareness and goes the extra mile to exceed goals.
*Able to demonstrate client relationship management and retention skills.
*Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
*Someone with a proven history in exceeding business targets and objectives.
*Flexible and able to manage your own time and clients effectively.
*R&D/Finance background is desirable.

- Your salary will rise an extra £3,000 a year after you have passed probation.
