This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial planning and analysis function, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting.About the RoleThis is a hands-on role with broad exposure across the business. You'll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while also acting as a trusted business partner to support commercial decision-making.We're not expecting you to be an industry expert - just someone with a curious mind, a collaborative attitude, and a passion for delivering clear financial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesBudgeting and ForecastingLead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processOwn the 3-year strategic financial planning modelDeliver forecast updates across multiple outputs and present to senior leadershipSupport board reporting and financial covenant trackingReportingManage internal reporting processes across the businessOversee reporting deliverables for a key global brand partnerCollaborate with the Data Team to ensure alignment of financial outputsBusiness PartneringBe the go-to finance contact for functions across the businessDrive forecast accuracy and cost controlProvide insight into operating costs and overheadsConsolidate financial and operational data to present clear insights to leadershipAbout YouFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)At least 2 years post-qualification experienceStrong commercial acumen with a collaborative, business partnering mindsetExcellent communicator with strong analytical and organisational skillsExperience in FMCG, supply chain, or retail sectors is a plus (but not essential)What's in it for you?£55,000 - £65,000, plus bonus, double pension, 25 days hol, staff disc, fantastic working environment and career development opportunities, Staff discountsA friendly, inclusive, and supportive team cultureA high-growth, high-energy environment where you can make a real impactWe're committed to building a workplace that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.
