Service Desk Operative

Service Desk Operative required for a UK leading digital signage business that installs, manages, and monitors digital screens/billboards. They are looking for a Service Desk Operative to join their team on a permanent basis to be hands on providing first line support, client communication, remote support/repairs. You will be working closely with desk operators to work collaboratively in a team to meet business requirements. In this role you will be responsible for client communication, preparing relevant and accurate reports, providing problem solving and trouble shooting support to be able to diagnose problems. Further to this you will be working closely with stakeholders so having good customer service skills is key. Please see below for the required skills.
Skills required:
- Experience of working in a first line IT support role.
- Hands on support experience in diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Good understanding of both PC and Mac hardware and software.
- Experience with network repairs and analysis..
- Computer literate with problem solving, trouble shooting and problems diagnose skills.
