**What you’ll be doing**:
1. Social Media Content: Assist in creating eye-catching and on-brand Instagram stories and posts that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our followers.

3. Packaging Design: Contribute to the development of captivating packaging designs that reflect our brand identity and stand out on the shelves.

4. Marketing: Help create marketing materials such as leaflets, banners, and flags that effectively convey our brand's values and benefits.

5. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent adherence to our brand guidelines across all design work, under the guidance of senior designers.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior designers to understand campaign objectives and deliver design solutions that align with our marketing strategy.

7. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and tools to maintain a high level of creativity and proficiency.

**What we’re looking for**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing your design skills across various mediums.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- A keen interest in understanding Free Soul's brand identity, values, and target audience.
- Excellent creativity and an eye for detail, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with guidance and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current design trends, particularly in the wellness and lifestyle sectors, is a plus.
