**JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER**

Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a **Junior Graphic Designer **to join our Marketing team.

Working with the Senior Graphic Designer, who reports to the Commercial Marketing Director, we are looking for a junior graphics and presentation designer to help us champion our exciting Little Dot branding across all marketing touch-points. You will support in creating impactful presentations, pitch materials, static and motion graphics assets for some of the world’s most famous brands in sport and entertainment.

We are looking for an independent thinker and visual storyteller — someone who can not only translate information to make it look beautiful, but will also suggest new or alternate ways to communicate information and storytelling

**HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME**
- Working closely with marketing, production and day-to-day client delivery teams to ensure high standards in branded presentations, pitches, and documents;
- Working across the Little Dot Studios companies (ie. Little Dot Sport, Locowise, History Hit and WING), international teams (UK, US, Australia, Germany) as well as our exciting roster of external clients and partners;
- Creating branded assets for our social channels, and website design optimisation - including using our website CMS to push new content live;
- Actively proposing new ways of presenting data / infographics effectively, spotting opportunities to develop our branding, and occasionally designing logos and YouTube graphic packs;
- Collaborating with the Creative Production Studio on design work for pitches and production phases, including mood boards, concept designs, pitch decks, and show identity graphics;
- Experimenting with 2D motion graphics, illustration and typography using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Canva, as well as emerging AI tools such as Midjourney for creative project ideation (additional training can be provided if required).

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- We are mainly a Google-based business (e.g. Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) but overall should have a working knowledge of: Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Google and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Confident with image research, photo manipulation, art-working and social asset creation, and an interest in illustration and 2D animation is welcome.
- Effective time management skills and super organised to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of the creative requirements of a project and an ability to uphold brand guidelines, and creative judgement on when we need to bend the rules
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and collaboratively, detail-oriented with an ability to carefully review work
- A portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills (i.e. animation, builds, dynamic charts and diagrams).
