**Important: This is a full-time, in-person Junior role based in South London.**

We are seeking a skilled Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help us make a positive impact in education.

**About us**

At InnerDrive, we’ve been changing lives for the better for over 15 years by making Cognitive Science and educational psychology research accessible and applicable through Teacher CPD and student workshops.

We’ve worked with hundreds of schools all over the UK and internationally, and recently launched the Teacher CPD Academy, an on-demand platform packed with courses and resources to make in-house CPD easy.

**About the role**

Your responsibilities:

- Create compelling assets for our online professional development platform
- Implement a variety of designs for our main website and free resources
- Create both digital and print marketing material
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with brand guidelines

The role and benefits:

- In-office position (remote work is not available) in our South London office, a 5-minute walk from Oval Station
- Working hours: 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri
- Remuneration: £24,000pa
- 28 days paid leave incl. bank holidays

**About you**
- Demonstrable graphic design experience (no degree prerequisite)
- Adobe Suite proficiency, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Strong practical knowledge of design best practices for both print and digital
- A high level of attention to detail
- Curiosity and an interest in learning
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload

We will also provide upskilling and mentoring opportunities. Although this is not a requirement, this role would particularly suit someone with an interest in psychology and/or education and who is excited about making a positive impact in the world.
