**Customer Configuration Analyst | SaaS / Carrier / Logistics| Fully Remote | £40,000 + bonus + benefits**
Customer Configuration Analyst required by my client, a leading SaaS company, London based. This is a fully remote permanent opportunity, offering a salary of £40,000 + bonus + benefits.
You will be working as part of a small but impactful solution focussed team whose primary role is to support pre-sales in answering technical queries for potential new clients and problem solve configuration challenges for their existing customers.
On a day-to-day basis you will be reviewing and prioritising tickets on JIRA (usually given from the PM team) who have been speaking with the clients about requests - this could be pre-sales or current client configuration queries.
You will pick up the ticket, work to understand the request (which typically means speaking to the customer directly to deepen your understanding of the need) and advising on what will be needed to make that possible while making sure to loop in all relevantstakeholders involved in the process and then working with the internal stakeholders to align the solution until the ticket is resolved.
Excellent customer service and solution focussed mindset is imperative for this role. Over time you will become more of a configuration SME as you will have experienced many examples of what can be done. A steep learning curve for this knowledge base isexpected, therefore you will be confident and charismatic who is comfortable being thrown in the deep end.
Key requirements:
- Carrier Sector exposure
- Analytical mindset, strong Excel skills or comfortable working with technical data is important
- Excellent interpersonal skills - customer service mindset, approach and/or experience
