Carrier Onboarding Analyst at Rokstone Underwriting Role Summary As a Carrier Onboarding Analyst, you will play a key supporting role in the onboarding of new binder agreements at a fast‑paced, specialty MGA based in London. Working closely with the Underwriting Management team and wider departments such as Claims, Compliance, and Finance, you’ll help ensure new agreements are integrated smoothly and efficiently. Role Accountabilities Assist the Underwriting Management team with the onboarding and operationalisation of new carriers and new binding authority agreements. Assist the development and implementation of a new onboarding process by working with key departmental stakeholders, the Underwriting Manager and the Head of Underwriting Management. Role Requirements Onboarding Operations Review and document key terms of new binder agreements. Coordinate onboarding tasks across internal teams (Compliance, Claims, Finance, etc.). Manage and document incoming queries and issues related to agreements. Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation and checklists. Monitor onboarding progress, highlighting delays or issues to senior team members. Develop an understanding of system requirements to support operationalisation of new agreements. Binder Monitoring Support monitoring of active binders in collaboration with Compliance, Governance, and Portfolio teams. Record and track follow‑up actions related to binder performance and compliance. Assist in preparing summaries or reports on binder activity and health. Strategic Support and Process Improvement Contribute ideas to enhance onboarding efficiency and documentation. Support initiatives to streamline binder setup processes. Collaborate with data and underwriting management teams to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of live agreements. Team Collaboration and Relationship Management Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and onboarding discussions. Act as a point of contact for underwriters and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Liaise with underwriters and support teams to gather information or clarify onboarding requirements. Learn from senior analysts and contribute to collaborative team efforts. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers, and underwriters. Skills and Abilities Driven and ready to make a real impact from day one.
