Property Lease Analyst/ Onboarding Analyst - Real Estate. **OUR CLIENT** has an excellent track record of growth and delivery within the commercial real estate sector, with a particular focus on Pan-European Investment. They consistently source notable high-growth investment projects throughout continental Europe as well as theUK. Due to recent expansion, they are now looking for a responsible, driven Onboarding Analyst with great attention to detail to support their new and future acquisitions.

**THE ROLE** will see the Onboarding Analyst working within the Property Management Data Quality team to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of unit and lease data, as well as other responsibilities such as:

- Attending data tape review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders prior to deals closing, and regular onboarding calls.
- Ensuring property managers have final agreed data tapes in their possession before starting to input units or leases into their property management system.
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure that all lease and units in their PM system are set up according to the company's coding convention and unit/ lease policies.
- Being the first point of contact for property managers and other internal teams with onboarding queries.
- Assisting the transaction finance team in mapping completion accounts to the company's Trial Balance codes.
- Providing daily status updates to your manager and a weekly Property Management Oversight update on the status of assets being onboarded or in the pipeline.
- Working with IT to continuously improve automation tasks.
- Updating their systems with technical asset data.
- Providing handover and process training to new property administrators as they come onboard.
