**Key responsibilities**
Working within a small team of Service Advisors and Vehicle technicians the roles key responsibilities will be:
- Assisting with the day to day running of the office
- Booking and allocating work for the technicians
- Liaising with customers & selling repairs to customers as and where required
- Liaising with suppliers on pricing and availability of parts for production of quotes for customers
- Experience of a customer facing service role (face to face) is required.
Having an understanding of the cloud based garage management system we use would be very advantageous but is not essential and thorough training will be provided.

Professional and courteous telephone manner
Computer literate, experience with Microsoft office and outlook, with the ability to record data accurately and efficiently with a keen eye for detail
Ability to manage their own and job times effectively
A team player focused on achieving positive team results and meeting required deadlines
Previous motor trade experience is desirable but not essential as training on the specific systems in use will be provided.
The hours of work are between 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with NO weekends
Holiday entitlement of 20 days plus public holidays and your birthday per year.
