**The role**:
The objective of Customer Experience Support is to deliver exemplary service through both proactive and reactive, personalized experiences. The individual in this role will be highly motivated with an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills, capable of identifying, understanding, and addressing customer needs. They will focus on enriching experiences whilst fostering and reconstructing customer loyalty and advocacy. Moreover, they should be adaptable to evolving priorities and highly skilled in objection handling, problem-solving, and time management.

**What you will do**:

- Supporting the Operations Team with second deliveries of replacement customer orders/GOGW.
- Supporting the Operations Team with Refund Management, including managing global manual fraud reviews.
- Providing social support by reacting to customer comments. Processing staff allocations (retail) and MB staff orders.
- Maintaining and updating customer loyalty rewards, managing loyalty point returns, and adding orders to customer accounts.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on resolution.
