**Contracts & Office Administrator**
We have an opportunity for a **Contracts & Office Administrator** to join our client in Richmond Upon Thames
Hours are: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 17:00 Friday
Salary is 28k PA
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Writing up quotations
- Establishing Quote/Job Files
- Using the system and any associated documentation to type risk assessment and method statements
- Site Files for each project are assembled
- Placing orders for supplies, equipment, machinery
- Finishing Packs (where applicable)
- Daily assistance and support for two Directors
- Cloud-based Electronic and Hard Copy (job file) filing of all documents
**Additional**
- Additional admin assistance
- maintenance of databases (Suppliers, Clients, online portals and login details etc)
- maintaining business accreditation for yearly subscriptions and memberships
- daily mail delivery and sorting (including Franking)
- typing and filing in general
- helping with supplier billing (recon to Purchase Orders etc)
**REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work in a cloud-based workplace is a must (electronically)
- Speedy and accurate typing with attention to detail Initiative and the capacity to multitask while effectively managing workload
- able to operate independently (sometimes) in a small office setting with no close supervision
