**Organisation Description** We have a strong portfolio of prime trader customers constantly growing; we participate to important international trade shows such as IFE (London),Spring Fair (Birmingham), SFF (London), and many more. We keep introducing new sales technologies in order to expand into new markets and improve our customer services. We are looking for people able to leverage these relationships, as well as generate new ones, to consolidate and grow the Migro brand. **Key responsibilities of the role** We are looking for a Sales Office Administrator to come and join our team in Belvedere. You will need a good telephone manner and communication skills, come from a customer service or administration position and be able to proactively deal with situations & problem solve. - You will entirely assist B2B and B2C customers with order processing, and their customer service - Follow-up on warm leads. Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to close - You will also follow exciting new marketing trends for social medias, news letters, events, exhibitions, and our overall presence in the market **Essential Skills**: - Target-driven, hard worker; being able to make the "extra mile"; - 2+ years’ experience in B2B and/or B2C office admin environment - London Based, possibly in the South East area; - Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and its derivatives; - Excellent telephone and face-to-face manner, with outstanding objection handling skills. **Additional competitive skills (optional)**: - Graduate in Marketing, Accounting, Business or similar field; - Proficient in a second or more languages (Italian preferred); **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Employee discount - On-site parking - Store discount Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Bonus scheme - Commission pay - Loyalty bonus - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Belvedere, DA17 6AX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application question(s): - In 1-2 sentences, please describe how your previous experience is relevant to this role?
