**_The Role_**
North East Lincolnshire Council are breaking the mould when it comes to reviewing, developing, and implementing new HR policies and procedures. We are seeking a HR professional who wants to be part of this journey away from a traditional HR approach and support us by researching, developing and implementing new policies, processes and procedures.

Working in collaboration with the Executive People Partner responsible for policy and our Employment Lawyer, you will seek to deliver a review of our key policies and be instrumental in
developing, implementing and embedding those policies and their associated processes and procedures across the organisation, ensuring that they are aligned with Our People Strategy as well as legislation and Local Government frameworks.

A key aspect of the role is leading and engaging with our stakeholders to positively develop our policies, processes and procedures, presenting new ideas and ensuring that the interdependencies are identified and considered in the review process.

**_How You Can Make a Difference_**
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will need to be able to analyse and interpret information to develop recommendations on changes and improvements.
You will have the ability to facilitate focus groups and engage with our workforce across the organisation through excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of continuous improvement, change programmes, and project management skills would be an advantage.
A team player, you will be able to work on your own initiative and prioritise a varied workload to ensure delivery of our policy review plan.
