Grant Westfield Limited, the company behind the UK’s leading bathroom wall panel brand, Multipanel, has an exciting opportunity for a **Credit Controller **to join our team in the heart of Edinburgh.

Reporting to the Billings and Collections Supervisor this role provides credit control support to the business and maintains the financial administration of the company’s high transaction volume Sales Ledger.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing the debt of relevant customer accounts
- Processing all account transactions daily
- Handling all customer enquiries and account reconciliations
- Monitoring relevant customer portals and supplying necessary data / backup / communication in response to queries
- Issuing regular Account Statements to customers
- Credit checking new customers where necessary and ensuring the company has all the relevant information on the debtor.
Extensive experience gained within a credit control role and exposure to a high-volume transaction environment are essential, alongside a good working knowledge of monthly accounting cycle and strong IT skills.

An HND or higher in a Financial discipline or qualified by experience in a relevant role is desirable.
