Business Administration Assessor

We are recruiting a Business Administration Assessor to work closely with employers and level 3 Business Admin apprentices within varied office environments.
- Working with employers to co-ordinate apprenticeship training activities
- Developing, compiling and delivery of apprenticeship portfolios for the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standards
- Preparing and guiding apprentices through the End Point Assessment process
**Specific responsibilities include**:
- Mentoring apprentices
- Developing their competence within the workplace
- Managing and administering apprenticeship standards training through employer engagement and the tracking of apprenticeship progression
- Delivering guidance and support to both apprentices and employers
- Supporting the recruitment team in interviewing and matching potential apprentices to specific apprenticeship vacancies
The Assessor will work as part of a dynamic team with other internal departments including quality, administration, funding, sales and recruitment. **Benefits**
The starting salary is £29,889 with a generous defined contribution pension scheme, along with 28 days initial holiday entitlement per year plus statutory days and a standard 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant must hold a full clean driving licence.
