**What does the role involve?**
We are looking for a work-based assessor who is passionate about working with industry stakeholders, to inspire their business administrators and customer facing employees, to achieve high standards in their job role. If this describes you, then you will be successful in your role here at Tyne Coast College.
In your role, you will support level 2 customer service practitioners and level 3 business administrators to build and upload their online portfolio to Aptem. You will plan and deliver the knowledge elements and develop the skills required by these apprentices to be successful in their own job roles. You will provide constructive feedback and keep track of their progress throughout the programme.
There are opportunities to develop new standards within the department, e.g. finance, marketing or legal.
**Who are we looking for?**
A dynamic, innovative and passionate assessor who can travel within the North East to motivate and inspire apprentices towards achieving high grades in their end point assessments.
A proven track record of excellence supporting apprenticeships throughout their standard.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and someone who can work collaboratively, with a small close-knit team.
Industry knowledge and insight into the needs of employers in the Northeast for professional standards.
