Baltic Apprenticeships are recruiting on behalf of our client, they are on the lookout for a Data Apprentice to join their rapidly growing team. As an apprentice you will be fully immersed in the exciting world of Data, you will be tasked with assisting in managing and analysing data, supporting in the creation of data visualisations, collaborating with team member to ensure data integrity and security and much more You will be given all the tools to build a successful career in Data. You will be supported closely by the Head of Data Solutions and the wider Data team, as well as the in-house support, you will also have a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships to provide you with industry expert knowledge throughout your journey.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Data Essentials, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Assist in managing and analysing data using tools like Microsoft Excel and emerging data analysis technologies
- Support the creation of data visualisations and reports that accurately convey the story behind the data
- Participate in data-driven projects to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and security
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance practises
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that meet those needs

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
