**Business Crime and Regulatory Solicitor**
**Huddersfield**
QED Legal are working with a well-established leading Yorkshire full-service law firm who are looking for a junior business crime and regulatory solicitor to join their team in Huddersfield.
The role will be to deal with a wide range of privately funded criminal defence matters including motoring offences, complex privately funded criminal defence work as well as a range of regulatory matters.
The firm act for a number of high-profile professional sports people and clubs too and look after any linked issues leading to regulatory or criminal investigations.
There will be attendance and advocacy required at times at the Magistrates Court and to attend interviews under caution, but these will be far fewer than if you come from a legal aid background.
This is a great opportunity for those with good experience of general crime work pre and post qualification who are looking to move away from a part legal aid caseload and who want to get access to excellent quality work and clients.

Salary is competitive based on experience + benefits.
