Customer Service Advisor

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and friendly Customer Services team consisting of approximately 22 members of staff who act as the first point of contact for our customers. You will work as part of a smaller team of 3-4 colleagues, responsible for supporting a designated business region; managing inbound calls, quotation requests, orders and guiding your key customers to ensure they are buying the right products to meet their order requirements.

The role is fast paced, working between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

**How you will make your contribution to the team?**
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Deliver all requirements to the highest service levels;
- Ensure all business objectives are adhered to;
- Manage all orders accurately in a timely manner,
- Ensure all notes are up to date and recorded accurately.

**What skills or experience do you need to enjoy this position?**
- Excellent telephone skills, as well as clear written and verbal communications skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects;
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure with a professional yet confident manner;
- Customer focused, and goal orientated with an emphasis on quality and excellent customer service;
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Outlook and a willingness to learn new IT systems;
- Work proactively, taking ownership and using own initiative.

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
