You will start on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent after 6 months successful probation.

Variety of shift patterns between the hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Weekends 8:30am - 5:30pm

£20,534 plus up to 10% monthly bonus

**Day to Day Duties**

As a Remote Customer Service Advisor you will:

- You will engage with our customers by responding and resolving queries.
- Driving first contact resolution whilst achieving high levels of customer satisfaction across a range of contact channels.
- Meeting targets for service delivery, to achieve bonus.
- Working from home, you will be given a laptop to complete all duties.
- Onboarding of new customers
- Post-sale support
- Product servicing within warranty
- Retailer support

**Essential Skills**

As a Customer Service Advisor you will possess the following skills:

- Must have at least 1 year of contact centre experience
- Must have reliable Wi-Fi due to the remote work nature of the role
- Possess excellent communication skills for liaising at all levels, from customers to Directors.
- Be computer literate and have good organisational skills and prioritisation.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A natural ability to build a strong rapport with customers.
- Have a passion for sales and thrive on beating targets

**Desirable Experience**
- Experience of working from home is preferred but not essential
- Close proximity to the Droitwich is preferred but not essential

**What training is provided?**

Full training given. Ideal opportunity for you if you have a great telephone manner and computer skills.

2 weeks of training and then ongoing classroom style training on products, systems and customer service.
