**Customer Service Advisor** - Join Our Mission to Bring Better Broadband to Rural Communities

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, has excellent people skills, and can put themselves in the customer's shoes. You should have a minimum of 6 months customer service/contact centre experience (or equivalent), be willing to learn 'on the job', and have the ability to think on the spot and problem solve.

**Experience & Skills Required**:
We believe that the best Customer Service Advisors are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk to our customers and put themselves in their shoes, advocating for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer service specialists, and they are confident at troubleshooting and investigating customer complaints.

We are an ambitious company with exciting growth plans backed by private equity investors. This role will involve 2 days per week at our offices in Droitwich Spa and should you wish, the flexibility to work from home for the other three days, between the hours of 9AM - 5PM.
