Data Quality Lead
**Up to £65,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits**
We offer two bonuses (personal performance paid quarterly and company performance paid annually) with private healthcare and dental cover and a generous pension scheme.
Are you ready to lead the charge in shaping global data quality at Specsavers? If you’re passionate about data, thrive on building frameworks from the ground up, and love leading teams to deliver real impact—this could be your next big move. We’re looking for a Global Data Quality Lead to take ownership of our data quality assurance framework and lead a talented team of analysts on a mission to make our data more accurate, consistent, and trusted than ever before.
This is your opportunity to make a global difference. At Specsavers, we’re transforming how we use data to support better sight and hearing for millions of people. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of that transformation—developing and embedding our data quality strategy, working closely with data governance and master data teams, and ensuring our most critical data assets are reliable and well-managed. You’ll be building out control reports, leading audits, and driving initiatives that directly influence how we operate across the business.
We’re looking for a confident leader who knows how to turn strategy into action. You’ll bring experience leading data quality teams, a deep understanding of data assurance frameworks, and the ability to collaborate across departments—from IT and legal to data owners and architects. You’ll be hands-on when needed, but also strategic—able to see the bigger picture and guide your team toward long-term success. If you’ve worked with data governance tools, led training programmes, or helped shape data stewardship practices, you’ll feel right at home here.
So, are you ready to lead the future of data quality at Specsavers? If you’re excited by the idea of building something meaningful, leading a high-performing team, and making a global impact through data—we’d love to hear from you. Join us and help ensure our data is as trusted as the care we provide.
