**About us**:
**Moss Health Care Harrogate**is a long established, family focused General Practice providing NHS services to our 20,000 + registered patients. We operate from 2 sites across town, the largest of which is on Kings Road in Harrogate. We have a staff team of around 60 people with 7 GP Partners and 4 Salaried GP's. We are a training practice with an additional 6 GP Registrars and 6 GP Students.

**About the Role**:
**Up to 30 hours Monday to Friday possibly F/T**

**Hours to be discussed and agreed at interview. There is the potential for part time and job share.**

**This is an on-site, office-based role working from our Kings Road site in Harrogate; remote working is not possible.**

**Clinical Data & Administration**:

- The post holder will be responsible for all areas of Data Quality.
- To be aware of national, local and practice quality standards for chronic disease management codes.
- Retrieving and processing/ coding information from the electronic patient records system efficiently and accurately Use accurate Read coding/SNOMED to input information on to the records.
- Monitoring patient call and recall systems.
- Scanning of patient correspondence for addition to Patient Records.
- Manage the registration of new patients/ temporary patients.
- Process general tasks within the admin team and distribute as appropriate.
- Process online access requests from patients.
- Process and accurately record the outcome from a variety of medical screening & blood tests.
- Handle NHS app queries.
- Maintain Lloyd George records (in accordance with Practice policies and procedures.)
- Summarising medical records.
- Labelling and filing, and tracking new records received from the Health Authority.
- Manage sensitive information in and out of the practice.
- Management of Cervical screening programme.
- Processing of long-term condition patient invitations.
- Uptake of monthly patient invitations including child immunisations, NHS health checks, vaccines and seasonal flu.
- Be self-sufficient in day-to-day administration.
- Other duties as required (this list is non-exhaustive).

**Pay rates**:

- **From £11.65 to £12.00 p/hr (up to 31st March 2025)**
- **From £12.25 to £12.40 p/hr (from 1st April 2025)**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
